Cupitol Coffee Eatery - Evanston

The staff, from the owner to the register staff to the busboys are all friendly. Food plates from whole meals to giant desserts to little niblets are great. I have to watch my blood sugar and I found that the bite size desserts, full of flavor, allowed me to enjoy the goodness and not feel guilty.

I LOVE this coffee shop/cafe! The staff are SO friendly. Some have even become my friends. The food is delicious. Lattes are delicious. The seating areas are comfy and cozy. I can't get enough of this place.

Being Greek and able to recognize good and quality coffee Cupitol is one of the best coffee places that everybody needs to visit.Prices are really good and the atmosphere is warm. Really proud for having such a good coffee place in my neighborhood

We always have a super nice time there! The baristas make awsome drinks and they have vegetarian options on the food. Fast, effective and kind service! You bring drinks to your table yourself but they serve the food and buss your plates super fast. Whatever food we ordered we never regret our choice. Yesterday we had the avocado wrap and the shroom omellete. Both super delicious!

Chocolate almond croissant 5/5 Sweet potato bowl 4/5 The rice bowl was nice and fresh tasting. But the flavor was kind of bland. Had to add quite a bit of pepper and hot sauce to get it to the flavor level I wanted. Could have also used more sweet potatoes. Still, I enjoyed it, and it made for a great warm option for breakfast. The croissants were perfection. Just the right amount of crispness and glaze. Highly recommend getting one if you have a sweet tooth!
