We went right as they opened but the staff was great and the food was excellent. The restaurant is attached to the bar next door and I can't wait to come back for a drink and sushi. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Subo Sushi Burritos:
Pretty disappointed about the burrito I ordered tonight. I got the ninja and while i was expecting yellowtail and seared salmon, my salmon was way more than seared, it was cooked to dry.. and the yellowtail was like.. maybe one bite of yellowtail in each half the burrito? My first time ordering the ninja and I won't ever again. Haven't fixed my sushi craving sigh).. don't order the ninja. : View all feedback.
Ordered the California Onigiri and it did not disappoint.Food: 5/5
Spent 2 nights in D1. Small and not private. Spots seem pretty packed in. B&C loops looked more spread out. Nice place. Sunset bay is close. Would come back…
Top to bottom so good. Traveling from out of town and this was a pleasure to find on our road trip. Dragon rolls and spring rolls are incredible. Service was so nice and fast despite being busy (as they should be). Good seafood and it doesn’t break the bank
This place is amazing. We got back to Eugene on a weeknight daytrip around 10pm, and were bummed that nothing seemed to be open. Saw this spot and was initially skeptical that a sushi burrito concept could be all that great.Wow, we were wrong. We got the Spider and Classic #10: both were excellent and well balanced. Definitely elevated by the sauces: I loved the sweet wasabi. The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the Crispy Chicken (Garlic) appetizer. Absurdly good. I would probably plan to get a chicken sushi burrito next time.
My boyfriend and I shared a sushi burrito while we sipped cocktails at The Crow and the Cart. Fast, friendly service, and delicious food with fresh ingredients. If you like sushi or poke bowls, this place will not disappoint.
