Gjs Family - Eugene

My boyfriend and I ate here last month. I’ve driven by hundreds of times and I am upset with myself that it took us so long to eat here!! We loved the atmosphere and the food was delicious. Their menu was very vegetarian friendly too which was a huge plus.

This is my favorite place to go for chicken fried steak and french toast. I love the family that runs it too! They are so friendly and make it feel so cozy! I have never left this place unsatisfied.

Excelent place for breakfast. Lots of food at an affordable price. We did not need lunch today . Service was great. Thank you! You even treated us Beavers (OSU) like family. Our orders included the veggie omelette, bacon and cheese omelette (they each came with a healthy serving of hash browns), biscuit and gravy, sample plate. All of us agreed that they were all very good. The only thing (which is not a big deal) is that we all felt that they went too low on salt, which is easily fixed and better than the opposite. Will visit again next time we are in town.
