What User doesn't like about Evergreen Indian Cuisine:
We placed the order there at 640. They told us it was 30 to 35 minutes. The food wasn't ready when we were there. She told me they didn't even start it. So I waited, it took every 15min to cook it. She asked if she had forgotten my order that she didn't just tell me. I don't think they forgot. Because where it is able to make it in 15 minutes when they told me 30 to 35 minutes before. I really love evergreen a lot more than the other restaurants in town except for maybe taste of India. The proprietors are really friendly and kind and I feel like they really care about their place and customers. Eating vegetarian is super simple here and the food is well marked on the menu. Huge fan of the chili pakoras.
Beautiful well furnished clean and amazing authentic Indian food. Really appreciate the service as feels like a family owned business. Mutton was delicious. Next time I visit Eugene, I will be there again.
Good food. I was disappointed that they're only doing take out. Pretty quick, but they're busy enough that maybe they need more help (yes, there is a help wanted sign on the door). Had the Evergreen chicken with rice. Delicious, but wish there was more sauce, and didn't get utensils or napkins in the bag. Definitely would visit again.
