Contribute FeedbackDespite various customer complaints nearly across the board at this restaurant, many are impressed by the service received. However, issues such as long wait times, cold food, small portions, and inaccuracies in orders continue to leave patrons unsatisfied. Despite these setbacks, some customers appreciate the new menu items and the helpfulness of their servers. Ultimately, the inconsistencies in food quality and service at this establishment can be a hit or miss experience for diners, with some enjoying their visits while others leave disappointed and unlikely to return.

First time here and I loved it! I wish I remembered our servers name, he was really great too
Went for my sons birthday dinner, order a bowl of tortilla soup that literally had one piece of chicken in it and it was cold when I got it. The price doesn’t equal what you get any more there
Disappointing!!! Ordered soup and salad for lunch, the portions were considerably smaller. Chicken tortilla soup had one small piece of chicken, broccoli cheese soup didn't have any broccoli. Salads were their normal size
Once again we had a lovely meal at BJ's. Our waiter was excellent and followed Covid rules making us feel safe.
