Line up in the drive thru moves very slowly. Mistakes are made frequently on order and prices for everything have gone up drastically. Not worth going to McDonald's View all feedback.
I do Uber Eats part time for extra money and get this McDonald's a lot since I deliver in Mississauga a lot. This McDonald’s can not handle the number of delivery orders late at night. They offer no separate window or line for Uber eats drivers and make us wait in line like everyone else. Most Uber eats orders pay between $3-$5 per delivery more if the tip is actually (usually not) I had to to wait 30 MIN for an order with 2 delivery’s but when I got to the window I was told to GO TO THE BACK OF THE DRIVE THROUGH AND WAIT AGIAN FOR YOUR SECOND ORDER. Would be a FULL ONE HOUR of waiting for an order that MIGHT pay me $10. IF YOUR AN UBER EATS DRIVER OR A CUSTOMER ORDERING FOOD AVOID THIS MCDONALD’S AT ALL COSTS. You will waste your TIME, MONEY, and your food will be cold. Managers and owners of the franchise DO BETTER.
Communication error while the lady noted the food order over the over bow through drive way lane. I ordered two Fish fillet sandwiches with some other stuff, but after the quick payment through their window and after that when we received the food bag, we found one fish fillet sandwich with rest of the other orders though I did not pay for the two said sandwiches I mentioned initially. So, I asked to add another missed fish sandwich and add payment while there was a long car queue meantime and consumed longer extra time during the continuous raining that time yesterday noon.My diagnosis was the communication error. She did not listen clearly and did something putting me on hold for a while during taking the orders. So she forgot to enter whole orders. Due to massive raining that time, I could not look through the cad window to double check her orders properly and she told to drive forward and missed occurred. I agree that customers also have responsibilities to check before payments/orders, etc. Anyways, learning for everyone!
I requested a fork and the host kindly gave me two, excellent customer service. My second visit was enjoyable, and the chicken nuggets were amazing. The portion sizes are perfect for kids.
I have visited many McDonald's locations, and this is one of the quickest ones I have experienced. I have only tried their breakfast menu, but it has always been great, served hot, and most importantly, fast. I have to give credit where credit is due.
I ordered the spicy McCrispy chicken sandwich and strawberry cream pies, but I did not receive them. The only item I did get was the fries. Instead, I was given plain strawberry pies without cream and a crispy chicken sandwich that was not spicy. If they were out of stock, they should have informed me. Despite the mix-up, I still ate the food.
