The food was decent, but the wait times were awful. This was my third visit at various times, and each time it took 20 minutes or longer to be served. This restaurant is terrible. They give you a hard time about ordering and then mess up the order. The food is good, but it's too much hassle to get what you actually want.

The customer service at this restaurant was outstanding and the food was fresh and delicious! While some may complain about the wait times, I believe this is because they prioritize freshness and quality. If you are looking for quick service or old food, I suggest going somewhere else. This place takes its time to ensure they get everything right.
Waiting times! the personal returns with 3 cars in the line. wait 20 minutes in a fast food ride thru line for 2 sandwiches. it happened several times. but never again. seriously think it's eating everywhere else, trust me.
Definitely a good cheesesteak sammich. Peppers, onions, and steak all tasty. Bread can be hit or miss. Great service.
