I rolled into town tired and hungry on a cold February evening... a Monday at that. I was please to find this place a short walk from my hotel. Walking I to the restaurant my first thought was has to be expensive. But, it was reasonably priced for the quality of the dining experience. What Fleur98 doesn't like about Restaurang Akropolis:
This was a Greek style restaurant and the food was ok, nothing special. The real issue was the temperature.....it was like sitting in a sauna and eating a meal!! The drinks were pricey and the food was a little on the dear side for what you get. View all feedback.
Nice place, decorated roman style, very attentive employees and good price if you go before 2 in the afternoon to choose between two dishes, since afterwards it is a la carte. In any case they have an extensive a la carte menu for any hour with lots of variety of good food. I liked it and recommend it.
The service was good but the food didn't really inspire. It wasn't bad in any way, but wasn't really anything to feel good about.
Eskilstuna is a small city with quite few options. Akropolis seemed like nice restaurant with a interior that looks very good. However, the food did not taste anything (litteraly) and on top of that, it cost us approx. €80 for two main, no alcohol and no dessert. Do not recommend anyone to visit Akropolis!!!!!!
Friendly waitreses, delicious food, cozy atmosphere, enough space, excellent location. I recommend..
