If you love really fresh fish prepared as only a master chef can prepare it, and you want to invite someone who thinks they DON’T like fish, this is the place to take that person to lunch. Thank you Jack and Montserrat! Jack's Seafood delivered beautiful,carefully handled seafood for paella. The spiny lobster and the whole prawns smelled of fresh ocean spray. The snook and lobster heads were reduced to a rich fumet with garlic, onions, leeks, carrots, tomatoes and white wine. The rice cooked in the explosive flavor and aroma of the broth. Guests were mute throughout the meal, delighted in the depth and complexity of flavors and aromas. Thank you for giving seafood the royal treatment. The phenomenal ceviche! The tuna with spectacular berneise sauce! Just past the pancha to seal it, the balanced flavors, the beautiful presentation. I can only recommend it!
Excellent option for lunch in the area. Great Quality of products, great Chef and good price we cannot ask for more, congratulations.
Excellent service and attention. High quality of products, fish, octopus and very fresh shrimp, delivered in the house and packed and prepared as one asks!
