After the escarilla jump route, we picked up the car and in a minute we appeared in this little bar next to a pool, I recommend it to make a stop for a drink, and also to see the soccer world champions playing the World Cup final, what a great atmosphere! The experience was, to say the least, disastrous on a gastronomic level. The only saving grace was the treatment of a young waiter who tried to serve and keep the tables as happy as possible. The tenderloin sandwich, their “Serranito”, came out ABSOLUTELY RAW, which, clearly, is dangerous. Worst of all is that the other waiter who brought it out for us, looked at it carefully to tell us what each sandwich was and coincidentally did not see it... The sausage, also absolutely raw, we had to send it to the kitchen twice, it seems that the first time was not enough. The bravas, we ordered them with a separate sauce, and, in addition to being completely different from the ones that had been recommended to us, they put the sauce on it, they realized that it was without it and they dragged it off, an absolute cutrada. We have spent a fantastic day in the Escarrilla pools and we have eaten in the Rincón de Titi.....a very good salad, with some tempura piparras... something different from what is eaten in the Valley and to finish and so that there will be some very good squid... all accompanied by a bottle of a delicious wine from Somontano Laus Garnacha...... a successful place, the owner seemed like a very friendly and cheerful guy, what q It's a pleasure for those of us who went out to enjoy the day.... A pity of experience, since we liked the food quite a lot. However, the lack of professionalism of the employees left a bad taste in our mouths. From the time we ordered until the last dish came out, it was easily 45 minutes. The problem is that they were taking our orders by droppers. They brought us a salad 20 minutes after placing the order, and from there it took another 25 minutes to bring out the rest of the sandwiches. It is a maxim of the hospitality industry to remove all the dishes from the same table at the same time or in a very short period of time. Another detail of lack of professionalism is that a diner (we were 4 adults and 3 children) asked for a cola from one brand and, instead of saying that they didn't have it, they took it from another brand but already poured it into the glass so that it wouldn't realized.
