Top notch brunch experience in Erie, PA. My wife and I stopped at Proof Kitchen to check out the new menu and it was incredible. Joe, Eli, and the entire crew at Proof do an absolutely fabulous job providing a unique, delicious, and perfectly prepared meal in a relaxed environment. If you haven't had brunch at Proof yet, get there!
We were passing through Erie and found Proof when searching for brunch spots and were not disappointed. Our server Sam was friendly, the service was pretty quick and the coffee was great. The food was all delicious. The grilled pineapple dessert was the perfect ending to the meal. Would definitely stop by again if I were in the neighborhood.
Great brunch! Had the cinnamon roll pancakes, hash, and golden pineapple. All were delicious! Will definitely come back!
