What Cole C doesn't like about Osaki Japanese Sushi Steakhouse:
The interior design and atmosphere is particularly unique and impressive. Unfortunately, that's where the good ends. The food is bland and significantly lacks flavor. Specifically, the sushi is some of the worst rolls I've had at an establishment. It seems that the ingredients are not fresh. Furthermore, the prices are far too high for the poor quality food. Seemed like people were having a good time here. I ordered to go and it was ready quick ordering at the front.
1) 2 people no reservation. Restaurant empty. Have to wait till a full table to have a chef cook for us. Floor is sticky.2) Service is slow.3) Got a scorpion bowl and tastes water down. (At least the other place or even chopstix can make a better scorpion bowl).4) Sushi didn’t taste fresh.5) Hibachi is okay. Tastes like Chinese food.6) Gratuity was added to our bill with a party of 2!7) Remember to not come to this location.
Food was amazing as always! The restaurant is very clean and our server April was extremely attentive checking on us multiple times to make sure our meal was exactly the way we liked! Five stars all the way!
Just went to have a nice dinner but ended up leaving. We were seated in the dining area and sat there for 15 minutes without anyone even taking our drink order or saying they will go find our server. Another couple was then seated near us, and still no server. A waitress came out to the other couple’s table to get their order. She said she was sorry but she wasn’t our server and she didn’t know where ours was. At this point it had been close to 25 minutes so we just left.
