I absolutely love this Krispy Kreme. The donuts are always super fresh and the staff are very kind. The basis of a trip there includes walking into a friendly smile and nine times out of ten being served a fresh, and FREE glazed donut. Now mind you, not many people carry this staple of my youth. What User doesn't like about Krispy Kreme:
Donuts=great, customer service=horrible. I live about an 1 1/2 away but we come to this Krispy Kreme about once a month or so as we don't have one at home and every time we do...bad attitudes abound from the employees. I understand it gets busy and stuff but if you don't have customers you can't have a business. My friend Robert Peterson loves the warm white cream in these donuts!! He’s ate so many he is bursting at the seams!! He likes other warm cream but says krispys is the best!!!
Deliciousness. the gentleman who waited on me was very patient and helpful. I know whenever I go to a Krispy Kreme, I will have the best donuts and a wonderful cup of hot chocolate
I drive from Buffalo for these well worth the drive always a good experience!
Had to stop here when I was passing through Erie. They had quick and efficient service. I was there during a time they were making their famous glazed donuts on the conveyor belt and it was amazing to see! They have a variety of donut flavors, as well as some beverages. There is a small sitting area inside and restroom for customers. They have free parking on site. You enter from a side road that goes into the plaza area with a lot of stores/restaurants/assorted businesses.
Ordered 2 dozen glazed donuts in the app and they were ready in the drive through for pick up within just a few minutes. The service and pick up experience was good. I haven’t had Krispy Kreme in years and was surprised at how little their donuts are now, they looked like they were miniature so that was surprising. We always enjoy a Krispy Kreme donut from time to time so the flavor didn’t disappoint.
