The customer service leaves a lot to be desired; the staff doesn't seem very friendly, and they often appear to dislike their jobs. Service at the register is also quite slow. The dining area, particularly the kids' section, is poorly maintained. The tables are filthy, covered in spilled drinks, crumbs, and who knows what else. I can only imagine how unsanitary the playground must be for the children. This place could greatly improve if the staff showed some care and attention.
