She flat-out refused service or to even compromise and offer them the simplest items on the menu. I sympathize that there were three employees. However, it's the hospitality business. Would you have turned away 30 cars at the drive-thru? Or 30 individuals that didn't come in a bus? Those kids were hungry and had a 3 hour bus ride home afterward. Shameful that she treated them that way.
