They also have a unique... read more Stopped in for lunch before hitting the Ennis Bluebonnet Trails. Had the roast beef panini with sweet potato fries which was delicious. They also have a unique cinnamon dipping sauce for the fries. Service was excellent, although the only issue I wouldpoint out is that certain items on the menu are not available all the time. I guess this is due to not having a large enoughkitchen to serve the full menu all day long.

First off, I was disappointed as I saw this place having a lot of potential for being the warm, local restaurant it should've been. The service was poor, as it took almost 20 minutesjust getting our drinks and orders, and it literally took 50 minutes for our food to arrive. Now, I wouldn't have minded thewait but, we we're updated on our food only once and when the food finally came out, the presentation was poor as well. The onlything that saved this review from being 1 star is the taste as the food was decent.

The roasted chicken was generous in portion, and the steak was delightful, especially with the delicious gravy on top! The waitstaff were very friendly and attentive. The only reason I'm giving a slightly lower rating than 5 stars is that the green bean casserole was served cold. Nevertheless, I will definitely be coming back!

The flat iron steak I ordered was cooked to a perfect medium and had great aroma and freshness. Overall, it was a solid experience, just not quite five stars.
