Discovered this restaurant on Uber Eats and decided to check it out. Unfortunately, the carnitas tacos were a disappointment. The pork had a strong unpleasant odor and some of the other ingredients were very bitter. We tried more than one but found them to be terrible. The chicken burrito was a bit better, but nothing special. It was overloaded with sour cream. The only redeeming factor was the chips and guacamole, which we actually enjoyed.
The tacos are bursting with flavor and just the right amount of spices. This spot is perfect for a quick bite, with no long waits. They offer daily specials, although finding street parking can sometimes be a challenge. The meat is well-marinated and cooked to crispy perfection in a vertical rotating oven.
Best taco chain in NJ. Prices are fair. Not that 6$ a taco scam all these bougie restaurants are trying to pull. Also the tacos are really good, give them a shot if you're looking for a quick casual lunch.
I walked in greeted myself and it took the girl at the register 2+ minutes to look at me or even open her mouth to say hello. I went there for one taco and this was the presentation lol, only plus side is there was enough filling for me to make a secondone with ingredients I had at home.
