Five Guys - Emporia

5 guys have one of the best burgers I have eaten (which is many different burgers). The service is fast, even though Mahe is fresh. And they have very good milkshakes. As a bonus, I think that their riders are also among the best. So if you want the whole package: big burgers, good milkshake and above average pommes, you really can't beat 5 guys.

My wife and I bought a burger and little fries. It was up to $40. I thought. Man that's expensive Then I thought of the gas prices I saw on my way there. And the 13 dollars I spent last week at McDonald on a mid-sized combo. What brought me to reality. Everything is expensive! Apart from that, I get a wealth of frits and a tasteful burger.

Loved that this rest stop has a small playground! We'll definitely be coming back when traveling this way because of that nice feature. Water fountain outside was easy for my toddlers to use, and there was a lower spout to fill our dog's water dish with as well. The facility was pretty clean, aside from a bunch of cigarette butts that my 1 year old kept trying to get to (which I know are a pain to clean up, but I didn't see any designated trash cans for smokers to toss them in either)

Okay first time I've ever been here. I ordered a large fry. I was told it was enough for three people and it definitely was. A little too much salt other than that wow.

Everybody was kind. In good mood. Our food was fresh. It is the first time ever that I had a burger, where the salad was fresh and crisp and not spoiled, and the tomatoes were fresh and not wrinkly or mushed. Definitely enjoyed our food and will be back....
