I never had bad service with this chipotle. The staff is always friendly. This special order in which I went and placed my order and took it to go. I have ordered the app in the past and inaugurated at this point. I can never finish my Burrito shell, so I always have leftovers for the next day. View all feedback.

only location I had several problems with consistent. ordered steak burrito with different beats (bäck, no bohnen.) chickens with beans, and literally every topping except what I clicked. the exact opposite of the original order, and everything was food I cannot eat. will no longer order from this location. the management team must seriously rethink their training strategy. We order dinner online from the Turnpike. It was ready and hot. Thank you Team Elyria. ? We will be back on our next trip to Chicago. I ate half for dinner and finished it off my bowl ? for breakfast ? I'm happy.
I genuinely am sick of these workers giving me 12 pieces of chicken when I ask for double meat. This place used to be awesome now I'm just paying $16 for rice and hot sauce
I ordered a steak bowl with black beans, white rice, mild salsa, sour cream and cheese. I got a bowl with no steak. Not even one piece.
I wanted to post about how rude Elise was she immediately flew up when we asked for chips and said they look like they had a lot , and she goes if you got a problem you can talk to him and pointed . I stated I don’t think he’s mad about the chips I think he’s mad about the way you talked to him she said i don’t care it’s been like this all day. I said but still you don’t do that. So honestly I’m unsure of how people have a job but act like that.
