The hostess McKayla that took our order over the phone was fantastic and very helpful and extremely friendly. The only problem I had was that we wanted our chicken wings (bone in )crispy and they weren't. And the lemon pepper dry rubon my wings weren't seasoned enough and a few of my wings weren't seasoned at all.. The Asian Zing sauce I thought was fantastic. And you have very good Ranch and the petite carrots I love them. The order was placed in my lady friends name of Annette Davis and that was Tuesday evening May 18th.
Does Buffalo Wild Wings hire hosts to seat people anymore? My wife and I stood waiting to be seated for 25 minutes without seeing a single host. My wife asked the young lady working the takeout order counter if it was self seating and we were told no we had to wait to be seated. We looked around and there were 3 people at the bar and one table seated total…we went to go ask the takeout lady if there was anyone to seat us but she had disappeared. We waited for another 5 minutes and still no one came to seat us…..really poor service.
So I went back to the restaurant to give it a try again after receiving 4 $5 off vouchers. I was satisfied with our service as we sat at the bar and no one else was in the restaurant. Food was as it should have been, and we were happy with it. I am still a little upset as I used all 4 of my vouchers but only received $15 off instead of the $20. Again I was still taken. Our service was good because we were there early enough to receive the best service so I tip well then figure out I was not given my full discount count I used. Unless you can be there before 5pm then I would advise not going.
Beer was flat. it took longer than normal to get our food. When our food came out, my command was wrong. 15 minutes before I finally got my food. they blamed me for the flat design of the beer that I sent my debt back, I should have checked before my departure) good: 2/5
Our waitress, can't remember her names, was great. She was also the mermaid. I would have quit five times. this woman deserves a big raise! Friday 11/1122 lunch. food: 5/5
