That was okay. we had two waiters, one was very friendly and the other was not really motivated to make his work right.

First we found a hair in our steak court. we decided to let it go because we were super hungry and we had waited for 45 minutes for our food. the server was very nice, but the management was very rude. my daughter then pushed into a glass we brought to the manager and showed them the glass found in the teller. I waited for them to make an excuse or a kind of discussion about how they want to fix this problem, but nothing. my daughter stopped eating her court, as she was afraid to swallow more glass or haare. when it was time to pay, they went on to calculate the full amount, so I asked them how to treat them with the court that we only ate partly through the glass. They told me first that I had to pay the full amount, so I spoke to the manager who seemed to be the owner. he spoke a foreign language that was neither English nor Norwegian, and then his hands looked at me, and the bank told me that they took the steak out of the bill. no apologies, just an rude hand patch and angry gestures, because the cashier told the manager that I don't want to pay for the court that we don't finish eating. I really expected at least an apology, but to be angry because I had problems paying for something that was dangerous to eat, is not acceptable. it was good, so I'm not going back. I have serious doubts about the cleanliness and quality control of the ingredients. glass in food is never acceptable!

Good food to travel well. the staff in the kitchen works really fast, does not have to wait until they eat forever. the inner could be renewed, but if they only come to eat, it's okay.

Great place to stop for food when driving to Norway to ski. Genuine decoration, great service. Perfect for kids with separate play room!

I waited for them to make an apology or some sort of discussion on how they intend to fix this problem, but nothing. My daughter stopped eating her dish since she was afraid of swallowing any more glass or hair. When it came time to pay, they proceeded to charge me the full amount, so I asked them how they will deal with the dish that we only partially ate due to the glass. They first told me that I had to pay the full amount, so then I spoke to the manager who seemed to be the owner. He proceeded to speak a foreign language that was neither English nor Norwegian and then flicked his hands at me and the cashier then told me that they will take the steak off the bill. No apologies, just a rude hand flick and angry gestures because the cashier told the manager that I don't want to pay for the dish that we couldn't finish eating. I truly expected at least an apology, but to be angry because I had issues with paying for something that was dangerous to eat, is not acceptable. The food was OK at best, so I will definitely not going back. I have serious doubts about the cleanliness and quality control of the ingredients. Glass in food is NEVER acceptable!
