Burger King - Elmwood Charter Twp

The blonde girl in drive thru never does her job. Just ignores you and sits at window.

Went thru and ordered a pretty good size order. When we got the total we didn't think it sounded right. We got to the window and the person at the window read half our order and stopped and we said well that doesn't sound the right the right price for everything we ordered. She just said while I wasn't going to read it all to you so we paid for it. Got the receipt. Found exactly what was wrong. Told her we ordered two large fries that were not here and she goes well. I didn't hear that. Took a good salad 3 to 5 minutes. Look back at us and goes well. Do you still want them? We said yes we do. She looks to the back and goes the order at the window ADDED 2 large fries to their order like it was our fault when we said it twice well ordering. She was so impatient asking us if we were completed with our order to listen to us. Then we get our food and our fries are still missing. Yes we get it everywhere is short staffed but that doesn't you rushed through and make all the mistakes that you want slow down. Take your time and get the order correct the first time. We would rather wait for our food to be done correctly then continuously have mistakes in it. Because people are too impatient to slow down and listen to the customers.

It's Fast Food...The food was good, table was clean, and the only time an employee talked to us was when we ordered.This meal saved us from being hungry when we then went shopping at Meijer and hopefully a little bit of money.

The young lady helping us was pleasant, but the blonde girl working behind her was ridiculous. All my family heard her doing was cussing at co-workers customers even, she was loud enough to let the entire lobby heard. I was very disappointed taken aback at how she reacted.
