My experience with the Elmira pizza hut has been great. I've only ever ordered online and they always get my order right and made on time. It is more pricey, but I find the quality to be much better than other places around. Shout out to Hardy! He has made my last few orders and they have been awesome! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Pizza Hut Express:
Not too enthusiastic about this place. I accidentally sit in the parking lot and notice that the driver carries 3 pizzeria bags from the store and one of the bags was pretty much on the side. The pizza would have been on the side. I called the store to express the complaint, but nobody understood when I said that the pizza bag was basically on her side, they thought I was talking about her driving. Very frustrating t... Everything has been great, order every week, but for the last 2 month they've been short sauces and last 3 weeks no boneless bites for the triple treat box, They don't offer any substitutes for them other then paying $3 more for normal wings, they don't wave the cost for it either, I don't see how I should pay more because they can't get what is needed. They should offer other options if they can't stock boneless bites
This lace is a rip off. Not only does 1 large and 1 medium pizza with a tiny salad cost 45 bucks. They also have the nerve to charge $5 delivery charge for a 1 minute drive, plus a debit charge of $1.50!?! Do i get a $1.50 debit charge in the store? No! The gouging is next level here to say the least. Never again will i pay these guys for pizza. They dont tell you about the delivery fee and debit fee. Pyramid pizza would have been free delivery and a $30 bill for the same order.
Me and my friends had recently ordered a pizza and began walking to pick it up. the one worker was absolutely foul giving me the middle finger while i greeted him. he then proceeded to get in my face using foul language and threatening me. we then walked in and told them to not continue with the ordered pizza (that they hadn?t started yet) and to cancel the order due to us being upset with their customer service. the same man from before then CHASED us out of the establishment while YELLING at us! never buying pizza from these guys again, if i could rate this 0 stars, I WOULD. Truly upset over this whole thing and the behaviour from the staff is unacceptable.
Got a large pizza, 1 dip and 1 pop and it was $50?.. and the quality wasn?t the greatest. The ?regular? crust was paper thin and fell apart. The deals offered aren?t really deals, rather normal pricing made to look like deals because the regular menu prices are sky high. Baffles me how they can charge so much. $3 per topping and they give you 6 little tiny pieces?. Save your money and order from a different pizza shop in town.
