They got the real Italian sausage! Look at my picture. Not that crumble stuff but sausage slices. They have 3 different types of sauces which is unique. If you like spicy pizza sauce they have that too! Personally I'm not a huge fan of the crust but I know some people like it. There's nothing wrong with it. Just a preference thing. Plus great service from our waitress despite picky family members lol. My only complai... View all feedback.

I ordered a margherita pizza, and when it arrived, the pizza box was so flimsy that I had to open it to make sure the pizza was actually inside. The sauce was delicious, and the chopped basil added a lovely flavor, complemented by the olive oil. However, I have some concerns about the quality of the crust and the amount of cheese and sauce. It felt like the kitchen was operating on a tight budget while still charging premium prices. The pizza could definitely use more cheese and sauce if not a lot more. The crust was overly tough and crispy, making it hard to chew. Overall, I was quite disappointed with the pizza itself on various fronts, but the staff was friendly and accommodating.
We absolutely love EC Coal Fire! The staff is incredibly friendly and everyone is so kind. All the young women who work there have smiles on their faces. The general manager even made our pizza, and you can really see how proud he is of his team. He treats them wonderfully, which is evident in the positive atmosphere. We're really impressed with everything they do there. We love it!
Coal Fires Pizza is good, but I expected it to be extraordinary, which left me feeling underwhelmed. The classic sauce lacked seasoning; it wasn’t tasty and actually had an unpleasant flavor. The crust is handmade and thin, which I prefer, but it also fell flat – there were no sharp edges or crispy bites. The veggie toppings were fresh, but I had a hard time finding the cheese. Overall, the pizza was just okay. One thing to note is that the bar side was much busier than the dining area. Maybe next time, I’ll give the cash side a try instead.
I recently had some of the best wings I've enjoyed in a long time. I never realized that roasting them in a 900°F pizza oven was the secret to such greatness. The wings had delightful charred bits and an incredibly crunchy skin.
The wings are fantastic, and the pizza is great too. The Spaghetti Bolognese is a little too tomato-heavy for my liking, but overall, this family-friendly restaurant consistently serves delicious food at affordable prices.
