This small, locally owned restaurant serves delicious, authentic fried Korean chicken. We first tried it on a friend's recommendation and have never been disappointed! We are regular customers and our favorite dishes are the spicy garlic chicken and the original snow chicken, not to mention the tasty side of pickled radish. The chicken is consistently juicy, tender, and perfectly crispy on the outside without being t... View all feedback.
What Jessica Kang doesn't like about Cm Chicken Choong Man-ellicott City):
We ordered snow onion chicken online. When we got there to pick up, the worker said the order was never received. They had turned off their online ordering system. The funny thing is the order went through on our side, with email confirmation and credit card charged. We had to wait even longer for them to make our order once we told them in person. After we got our order and went back home, and then noticed that they... View all feedback.
Ordered by the lap, were filled half in a small plastic container for $1.50 each
First time here. Ordered the special of chicken tenders for lunch. They came with delicious fries and great Cole slaw. The chicken was lightly battered and cooked to perfection. I had mine seasoned with soy sauce which was very good. They do have many other selections of seasonings and a lot of other choices for chicken dishes. I definitely will be coming back!
Was really good at the beginning but sometimes I got wrong pieces and size looks smaller than before. However customer service was good.
Chicken was very pricey and although it tasted good it wasn't worth the cost.
I was a bit reluctant in trying this place after reading the mixed reviews, but I'm glad I did.We ordered the Red Hot Snow Onion and the Spicy Garlic chicken wings, and everything came out as better than expected. The wings were decently sized, as opposed an earlier reviewer complaining that they were too small.A word of caution, the Red Hot Snow Onion wings were very spicy, like kick you in the face spicy. If you’re the type who complains that Sriracha is too spicy, then you probably won’t enjoy this at all. However, if you’re a huge fan of ethnic spicy foods, it was easily my favorite so far from the menu. The Spicy Garlic chicken wings are far less potent and has a pleasant cinnamon after taste, which apparently is the more traditional flavor profile in Korea.I would highly recommend dining in for the sauced wings like the Snow Onion flavors, as it would get soggy quickly as take out.Although they do not have any draft beers on location, their canned and bottled alcohol are reasonable priced along with their food menu options.I'm looking forward to coming back and trying some of their other menu options.
