Costa Vida - Elko

I ordered the sweet pork cüladas with rice and fried beans and chips with queso. The staff was friendly and professional and when I asked what was good, they gave me a real opinion instead of a general answer. The enchiladas were pretty good, although the sweet pig for my taste was a little too sweet. The fried beans did not have much taste, but as soon as I added salt and hot sauce, much better. The chips and queso were my favorite part of the meal. The only improvement I would make is to thicken the Queso a little, but overall it was good food and I would definitely go back here.

Best fast street food option. Great service from the counter team. We enjoy the menu options for vegetarian dishes and lighter dishes.

Started coming to this place when we were in Spokane Wa. Service here in Elko was as amazing and the food was still as good as we remembered it!
