While the service is often praised for its warmth and efficiency, customers express disappointment over the menu changes, notably the removal of rotisserie chicken bites. A lack of dine-in options and inconsistent food quality mar the experience, particularly with melted, underwhelming blizzards and incorrect orders. However, the fish sandwich garners unexpected acclaim, surprising visitors with its quality. Despite past enjoyments, the overall sentiment leans towards dissatisfaction, prompting some to reconsider their return. As Dairy Queen strives for nostalgic charm, it faces challenges catering to loyal customers' expectations.
Great food. sometimes the service can be slow. but overall great experience.
After work a full-time job and take care of my mother every day I give myself a tasty one week and that is a cheesecake blooming on Saturday, we ordered 2 sandwiches and a banan gap for my man and my blooming it was $24. what I don't complain, but if I ate my little more than 1/2 a cup of pure vanilleeis, I was very disappointed, so no leak for me?. So no thanks for not needing such a thing. I'm done with you
Three of us went there through the drive-through yesterday February 23 at about 330 4 o’clock. Not pleased at all. We all ordered the chicken tender basket. We were anything but pleased. The food was luke warm not hot like you would expect it to be. The fries were in the boxes no tissue paper under them like it is at other Diary Queens we’ve order this meal many times at other diary Queens. The portion of the fries were unacceptable there weren’t very many fries. None of us got the Texas toast that came with the chicken tender meal. I didn’t go back because we had a 4 hour drive ahead of us to get home. The cashier at the window was polite and friendly.
I enjoyed it thank's had to get my gravy, and bread I tried to cherry slush I liked it to send me some coupons for some goodies
I went on Friday with a family member to dairy queen and we have two big blubbards for $11. well, anyway we were not satisfied about all a blurry was a chocolate chip keks teig flavored. now, it should be anyway, but it wasn't all melted to milk smooth right when the worker handed it over to me. That was terrible. it also had no chocolate chips or keksteigs in it. the other blizzard was a choco brownie extreme blizzard. it was the same wise and it had not and brownie fragmented in it either except perhaps only one. overall terrible experience we then expected better blooming. not the time and the money for what we have.
