We ordered and paid through the app, and our food was delivered to us quickly and hot. Our car hop was incredibly nice and friendly. The parking lot was clean, and all the car hops were busy attending to customers. There's also a drive-thru option for those who prefer not to park. Overall, it's definitely a great spot for a quick bite! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Sonic Drive-in:
The staff at this restaurant were quite rude and argumentative, especially when there was a communication issue. They spoke in a very disrespectful manner. I believe they need to record their employees during carhop orders to address this problem. We chose to leave because of how the conversation went. View all feedback.
Worst fast food experience of my life would give less than one star if possible. Every thing was wrong in the order not one thing right not even the drink. Even tried to call both phone numbers to no avail. Update ....Was given a phone number to call and absolutely no one answered so ya'll really do hate your customers ya'll s replays mean nothing thanks for nothing
I don't know if I would recommend this sonic. everyone I stop and get a red bull slush it's always a toss up on what they actually give me. 3 times it's a cherry slush 2 other times it was some kinda limeade. only one time have I actually gotten what I ordered and was correct. most the time the food is half way throw together and not fully prepared.
I hadn 't picked up Sonic in way too long, and the limeade and tots were every bit as good as I remember.The kitchen goofing up no onions as has been a thing at various Sonic locations at various times is the only thing bringing this down from a 5-star review.
I ordered our food on the app and waiting 10 minutes before I left the house. I got to sonic within 20 of ordering, checked in on the app, and noticed they were busy so I would give them another 10 minutes to bring out my food. Well after 30 minutes I called in and reminded them I was still waiting and I was told “okay one second”. I waited a total of an hour and called in again asking where my food was, I finally received it, but it was cold, old, and they didn’t even have the drinks. They went in and remade everything, but I’m still being charged. I feel the food should’ve been remade (which it was) and I should’ve been reimbursed since I waited a total of an hour and 15 minutes. I’ve worked at a different sonic as a manager so I know how stressful it can sometimes be, but this was just unacceptable.
Currently not a good fast food option due to lack of speed and accuracy.I ordered using the Sonic app for ASAP arrival/ 2 minutes later I checked in 3:20pm. My order was delivered until 3:36pm MISSING 2 items, a drink and a side.. plus sauce. I had to wait another 10 minutes for the remainder of my order.Tori, the manager explained they are training and wait times are taking longer. Only 1 person carrying out food for the entire property.Hopefully they'll get back on track soon, best of luck to this team... and if you go there, make sure you have time to spare!
