Great service and fresh food, but there's a downside. This location just doesn't have that classic Portillo's taste like the much older location in Streamwood on Barrington Rd. But other than that. No issues. View all feedback.

Prices go up, so be it. But the quality and service has really dropped off over the past few years. From what used to be a weekly visit, I have been just twice over the past two years. Ice tea is no longer fresh brewed , and the staff don’t have lemons anymore. Hot dogs and beef don’t taste as good. The charm that made this place amazing, for me, is gone. The place has the feel of a franchiee that’s trying to squeeze out every last cent. As always great cheeseburger, love the Onion rings and fries… fast and good service
Always a family pleaser when we go home to Illinois. Sorry no pictures the food was to good and we couldn't wait maybe next time.
Can't go to the Chicago area and not go to Portillos. Great subs.
Classic music and atmosphere topped off with Italian beef sandwiches and chocolate cake shakes feels like summertime!
