Inadmissible! Almost 1h30 delay in delivery, cold order and many ingredients (of course) missing! It's embarrassing to escape!
In one word: DETESTABLE I didn't want to rely on the wrong opinion, and I wanted to judge by myself... what a terrible mistake! To tell you, I and my friend had to order by phone in this fast food at 00:45 00:50. Since this fast food is only 10 15 minutes away from home, we thought it would be potentially fast. Get out of here! We are surprised to see such a lack of professionalism and communication, whether with customers or even with staff. The deliveryman had said a technical problem with his car, which I can understand, but what I don't understand and I accept is in bad faith! We waited from 00h45 00h50 until 02h20, while the waiting period was estimated at: 45 minutes 1 hour. 1h is already too much! Since it began to take a long time, I have allowed myself to remind the gentleman, he explains to me the situation and excuses that are clearly unfounded, so I clearly tell him that I want to cancel the order but he doesn’t understand and insist, so I ask him to make a commercial gesture and he answers “I’m sorry not to worry about it” ... I just find it in good faith to act this way, but obviously not. The pounder came anyway, he didn't even seem to know about his being said car problem.. and returned stredouille. In any case if I could put 0 stars I would have done it

If I could have put 0 Star I would have done it, we came to order think it was still krusty food person inside no weird customer The kebab of each was infamous most people in the evening vomited huge belly damage for each of us I call her food poisoning I will in any case call the health services because I have never been allowed to his shame
First time I order, a little wait but it's understandable especially on the weekend, nevertheless the sandwiches arrived hot and were good, really not disappointed with my order, I'll come back.
