I wanted to try the new bbq square. not impressed. we've kept up, but not too busy. there was a huge party through the axt throw area, but not many tables occupied. Maybe 3-4 overall. we sat right away, waited for over 10 minutes before someone came by. between us three we had the ribs, the briskete, the swallowed and the end burned. ribbons were very dry and sizes varied. 1 had a huge fleshy rack, the other was thin... As a new restaurant, maybe you're still getting things set up to deliver better. Food was cold and meat was dry.
It's my second time here. There was only 2 waiters working on Saturday afternoon. I like the food but nothing special except for the Brisket, exceptional. I like the atmosphere but more waiters on a shift is needed for better service. Everybody was nice. I would recommend only for the drinks and atmosphere.
We had a large party but our waitress was on top of it all. Great experience would definitely go again
Chose this establishment for a business group dinner (13+ people) at 6pm. Upon ordering, we were informed that they were out of a brisket, burnt ends, and several other top choices on the menu. This left the group limited choices, which put a damper on the night. We selected Sauce for their BBQ options. Big disappointment.
Beef Rib plate was amazing had great flavor. Pulled Pork was delicious
