Burger King - El Reno

Food was good, dining room closes early though, Mens bathroom was dirty.

I went through the drive thru at 10:30pm on a Tuesday evening. I ordered a chicken sandwich meal and a large fry and a medium shake.1. The full sized chicken sandwich had a baby bun on it.2. The fries tasted like they were made yesterday. And cold. And ZERO salt. Like not salted one bit. Had to go through the drive thru again to get salt because the cold fries were so bad.3. She tells me she can't do a shake because the shake machine is broken. I ask when it broke. That's when she says, Well, it didn't break. I turned it off at 10pm (Why??!?!? Wait till midnight or something. It makes no sense to shut it down when there is still a good handful of customers. You'll have all night to clean it Anyways, okay, I guess you can give me a sweet tea then.4. I take a drink of it about a half mile from the store. NO ice. The tea was 80 degrees! Bleck!!! How do you give a person a HOT iced tea with no ice with a straight face?? Lazy gross people.AND....AND...the person who made it did not follow any type of a recipe. They dumped ONE OR TWO POUNDS of SUGAR in it. It was completely undrinkable. So GROSS! Lukewarm room temperature iced tea with sugar floating on the bottom because it is SO overdone. Disgusting!So EVERY. SINGLE. PART. of the meal was disgusting. I'm amazed they are even open. Putting out disgusting garbage like that is more destructive than if they just shut their doors. Awful.But it's El Ghetto. Why would anyone expect standards here.....??

Do not try to ask anything too extra or off, it is a waste of breath. has happened too often.

The food was fresh and hot!! My order was right the first time. The manager greeted me and made sure everything was good to go. The service in all was fabulous!! I know this sounds weird but it also smelled so clean and fresh inside. Way to go El Reno Burger King!! Will definitely be going back!!

This place was very clean, bathroom were very nice, but the food I got was too hard. I would like to give this place 5 stars, but please cook the food better!!
