The food is wonderful when dining at the restaurant, but never tastes right when delivered. I know there can be mistakes made by the kitchen or the delivery person. I can understand the occasional error, but it happens every time and only with this particular order, making me question the consistency. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Whataburger:
The bathroom sink was dirty, the soaking machine was out of order, we waited a long time for someone to take our order and had to yell to get a server's attention. The music was too loud, the wait for food was excessive, and the quality of the food was below average. We had higher expectations, especially since the restaurant is located on a hill. Use the app, it is easy and faster. this great place always had a line, why wait for their freshly made meals. great customer service, very practical.
Multiple times this has happened. Long lines for no reason waiting on my order while other people pass me. It is always the night crew as well. This time was the last straw. Completely messed up order and served the burger completely dry.
Second time I come here and burger not the way they are supposed to be made. Bun is cold and meat is overcooked and everything put together outside of buns onion rings were good
Waited half an hour on a curbside order before giving up an going to get my cold food with spoiled produce.
Can never go wrong with whataburger food has always being great love my whataburgers?
