Dickey's Barbecue Pit - El Paso

Last Thursday I bought $240 worth of eating from this place. you frittier broke off and they could not fill out a part of my order. they allowed me to choose different sides and compensate for the inconvenience by giving me four coupons for a freed pork sandwich. today my man and I went to redeem 2 of these coupons and order more food. the gentleman who picks up my order, told me we could only make a voucher. I told him that it would be different transactions and asked if I could talk to the manager. another gentleman read the voucher and repeated that we could only redeem one. that's not what the goodwill says. the voucher says limit ones per transaction do not limit one per family. bad business especially after so much money there 4 days ago. they will not give me another great job.

I've been missing in north dallas with dickys bbq for a few years, I didn't know we had one here in el paso. my wife and I were led to a meeting with the family and had no time to prepare something. Usually they have to call the day before to get big order, but they have taken a take. they came through! I love thicky bbq! thank you.

I Love the food. It's always delicious. The sweet tea is the best. The dine in service a little slow but that's understandable with only 3 people working filling to go orders and online orders. Definitely recommend.

Came here with my friend how he and his associates very recommended, service was in order, the server was very soft spoken that was hard to hear about the music. the main problem that we had was that it flew bugs around the softdrink station and that they flew to our table and all the servers have raised the bugs that they just flew around more. very disgusting and disappointing.
