This Cold Stone should be called “Cold Stone Express”. The ice cream flavors are limited and there is nowhere to sit and eat it. I was traveling through on a motorcycle. Unlike others, I cannot simply sit in my car to eat it. So I sat outside on the sidewalk. Customer service was good. They warned me that one ice cream was fresh and a little soft. The ice cream at this restaurant is incredibly tasty. The majority of the staff is friendly and welcoming, but unfortunately, I had a negative experience with a server named Sam. He was unprofessional and rude when I took a few moments to decide on my order and was distracted by a conversation. Despite this, I plan to visit again in the hopes of having a better experience. There are not many places where you can find simple, creamy ice cream that can be customized to your liking. Despite being located in a gas station, this place is a hidden gem. A special shout out to Allison! I called ahead to inquire about their Banana ice cream, as the one on Zaragoza no longer carries it. Allison quickly answered the phone and confirmed that they still offer it. She even set me up with my own tub with cookie dough pieces. Thank you so much!

Merely nobody visited the store. The young lady at the end of the shop plays with a cone. I asked her if she didn't want to take my order and she totally ignored me. I asked the general store for the manager and she told me the managers are still there. I left the store. But this lady doesn't deserve to work there because she doesn't know about customer service.
