Buffalo Wild Wings - El Paso

This is a great location that is easy to reach and many parking spaces. When we were here, there were many seats, and I was with a decent big party. Tvs were on every wall and also had several TVs on each wall. The atmosphere was surprisingly damped and pleasant to convert into. BUT... the service sucks. Server never brought napkins or paper towels in a winghouse! Also he never came back to check for beverage refills (order something spicy, and it will be a little unpleasant sucking on ice). The wings were good, but at the price of staying in my area and going to wing Daddys. Vegetarian options: Let's be honest, this is a wing house. This is not the place to go if you are a veggie or vegan. There are much better places to go. Child-friendly: Very child-friendly, a lot of distractionParking: Great location and easy access to the parking lot. More than enough parking for everyone. Accessibility: Good handling Nutrition restrictions: wings are in sugar sauce, rich and tasty doses. This is not a health-conscious food.

Six wings ordered. When they arrived, they tasted old and dry. The server took her back and told me that a new order would be out. Then I told my wife to eat as my order would be out soon. She finished her food, then she drank her soda and drank my soda because no one came back to check our drinks. She entered the ladies' room and returned and still no food. I just wanted to pay for her food and go. The waitress informed me that two managers worked, but none of them apologized for the inconvenience. How pathetic. I'll never go there again.

Terrible to say the least. Boneless wings were cold and hard to chew. Beer was flat. Cocktail took a while. Im not coming back ?

Horrible horrible service! We came in as a large group and we waited 2+ hours for our food, it was insane. There was literally no one else in the restaurant so I don’t know what they were doing taking so long. Do not recommend this location at all!

Ordered wings fries. See the photos. The celery was old, and mushy. Fries were cold and hard, wings had no sauce. No utensils, no dressing for celery. The only good thing was manager Valerie whom ensured my refund. 10/9/2022. 6:00pm. And I saw the two families, that were leaving and appeared like they too were dissatisfied with their meals.
