Ardovino's Pizza 2 - El Paso

Unfortunately the Realer location has slipped terribly. The food is mediocre at best and there is so much employee turnover that the service is lousy. It’s a basic in the restaurant business that a customer concern about the quality of food should lead the server to have management remove the item from the bill. I have been going to the realer location regularly for many many years and have seen the decline. The employees are never there for long. The quality is gone. I fear that I have been for the last time. If you enjoy Ardovinos then try the Kent location.

I will start by saying that the pizza is delicious. It has a great crunch and the toppings taste fresh and of high quality. The flavors meld perfectly in every bite. My reviews are solely based on flavor and nothing else, however, I have to advise that if you are buying pizza for more than two people, then I highly recommend multiple. The medium sized pizzas are quite small and you might be left hungry since they are thin crust.

The food here is always fantastic, but this time, the service truly stood out. Exceptional service made the experience even better!

I've been here multiple times with the family. Always get a friendly waiter, they might take their time bringing in your order or drinks but the food is good enough to compensate for it. I enjoy the selection of beers they have, especially the imported ones. Great pizza, and the cheesecake desert is not bad either.

I love to hype up restaurants and any place that has food and drinks. However I was very disappointed with the service and food that I received. Are there no such thing as 1 min check backs after serving your table food just to see if they have everything they need. Not to mention our server standing around on they're phone. It was slow during our visit and many employees there. The pizza I had was pretty mediocre, a first considering Ive gotten take out many times from this location. I had to get up to go get my check as we had been waiting awhile. Not the best impression in my opinion on overall service. However bussers were more attentive than our server. Hope this changes next time I go back.
