The Burrito Factory - El Centro

Love this place when I come to visit in El Centro. Can you please put one in Sierra lakes Fontana shopping center. We would love to have a burrito factory there ?

I pulled up to the menu board and ordered a California Surf burrito, a fish taco and a Jamaica. As I pulled forward in li wi noticed the dead landscaping, the lid off the irrigation control box and a broken cement box laying under the electrical service panel with the open cover. Then I noticed the paint overspray and lack of cleanliness. By now I’m not expecting much. I was given my food and immediately found a place to park and eat my food. The first thing I noticed was the food was in a plastic bag not a paper bag. The first thing I did was try to open the little hot sauce cup. By the time I got the lid off hot sauce was all over my hands and on the console of my car. I reached for the napkins and of course they were folded white supper thin ones that are more like a piece of Kleenex. After going thru 3 of them cleaning up the mess, I dug into to taco first. Right off the back the soft corn tortilla fell apart and again had food spill all over the wrapper and my lap. It actually tasted pretty good but was too sloppy to eat in the car. I took a sip of the Jamaica, it had a funny taste, not like I had experienced at other places. I ended up throwing it out. Next was the burrito, the first bite was good. I poured some green hot sauce on the burrito prior to the next bite and it was terrible, I tried the red sauce and it was just as bad and spilling it all over my console again and needing more of those cheap napkins to clean up with. I was very disappointed. I think they have the ability to be good, but they need to drastically start paying attention to the small details and try to accommodate a customer that will be eating their food in their car. I most likely will not go back. Too bad, because I wanted to like it.

Employees are rude and always mess up orders . food is ok . i hardly go there i used to go

Street tacos are really good only down side was I had to wait 20 min for them. Place is good to dine in and love their pepino drink .

Vegetarians beware ! I haven't gone to this place is a long time because they always gave me meat in my veggie burrito or messed up the order somehow but I decided to get take out since it's been a while. Half way though my burrito I see a piece of chicken that was bitten and that I just ate. How do you put chicken in a veggie burrito ? Like come on what if I was allergic to certain meats or it was a religious purpose. If you are vegetarian do not go here, 80% of the time they will give you meat in your food.
