They need newer staff members with knowledge in customer service. Their current staff was rude to us and showed no professionalism at all. The food was ok, nothing so special about it. But the customer service made me rate them at 3 stars. View all feedback. What User likes about Wienerschnitzel:
The employee came in from outside, possibly touching who knows what, put his hands in his pocket, and started handling our food without washing his hands. I watched them prepare and bag the food without any cleanliness measures. This poor hygiene practice deserves a one-star rating for not washing hands and potentially engaging in unclean activities during their break. View all feedback.

I recommend trying the delicious shakes and tempting bites at this restaurant. I especially enjoyed the Fertilizer and Apfeljack flavored dipped cone.

I apologize, I live only about half a mile from the restaurant but I never use the coupons.

I love this place. the owner is a good guy and has a friendly staff and clean business.

I tried something new this time, and I have to say that I didn't like. I had the junkyard dog. The onions just 2ere not cooked enough. They were still crunchy.

We really enjoy Wienerschnitzel, but we are disappointed that we never receive the coupons. We only live about half a mile away from the restaurant.

I recommend trying the fruit loop and apple jack flavored dipped cones at this restaurant for their delicious shakes and freezee treats.
