Cavallino - Eislingen

As a group of friends we chose this restaurant to celebrate our last night together in Germany. we sat immediately in this spacious place, but then waited near twenty minutes, before the waiter even recognized us, we all ordered starters waiting for another...length. the quality and presentation of the appetizers were exceptional, but arrived in different intervals. we ordered the main courses. another 20 minutes later we were informed that one of the dishes was no longer available and we ordered an alternative. the meals arrived after another long waiting period and not even near the unavailable court was presented and the exchange a confusion that the waiter mistreated. the risotto turned out to be nothing but regular cooked rice with a tasteless heavy. the chef denies this rudely and insisted that it should be. Of course, we decided to skip dessert and leave it completely disappointed.

I was brought there by German business partners and was concerned, but the cavallino was a pleasant surprise. a very good Italian restaurant with flair, I had a pasta with garnel and fish, extremely tasty and perfectly cooked. the waiters were friendly and professional. Absolutely...

Always a joy! Very tasty and easy to sit

As always, the food was very delicious and the service was simply exemplary. We have been visiting the restaurant for years and were always satisfied.
