This is what pizza should be!! The crust is soft and crispy in all the right places. The sauce is just the right amount of sweet and tangy. The most amazing part of this pizza is the toppings! Loads and loads of TOPPINGS, and not those artifical, heavily processed topping, but real bacon, and sausage. The ratio to cheese and toppings is also great. This is seriously the best pizza I have ever had! View all feedback.
What Rahsaan Schimmel doesn't like about Milano Pizza:
We chose not to dine at this restaurant because the owner was unfriendly. We mentioned that we were unsure if they were open since the "open" sign was not lit up, and the owner responded impolitely. He is consistently unfriendly and treats his staff poorly, despite the comfortable atmosphere. We will not be returning to this establishment, as there are other dining options available in town. On the Sunday night of the Labour Day weekend, we called in to order for pick-up on our way back from Algonquin Park.
This pizza was just terrible. I was staying in Eganville for one night, passing through on a business trip. If you're staying in Eganville, your options for take out food are limited, and your options for pizza are… well… just Milano. As another reviewer mentioned, they are generous with their toppings. But that's the problem. There was just TOO MUCH STUFF on my pizza. I ordered a pretty simple pizza - bacon, pineapple. I was not expecting to get what appeared to be an entire pound of bacon on the Medium pizza.I know… there's no such thing as 'too much bacon' right? Well… yeah. The bacon WAS very good, and wasn't the crumbled rubbish you get at most pizza places. But it was piled on there so much that it was total overkill. And the cheese… oh, the cheese… I actually measured, and I had 1.5 cm of cheese on the entire pizza. It was like someone had melted a brick of cheese, added a pound of bacon, and stuck it on a crust. Some people might think that sounds incredible… and if that's you, go for it. But if you want a good pizza, and not a steaming oozing pile of grease, consider yourself warned.Too much, too sloppy. And the price was not reasonable either. I spent $18 for a single Medium pizza. At home I can get 2 large (at a great pizzeria) for $20.I'm glad I don't live in Eganville or I would probably never eat pizza again.
A great little hidden pizza take out spot in Eganville providing customized pizzas - hot and fresh! also available individual slices for a quick lunch
Everything was just right. Perfect amount of toppings and crust a bit thinner as I asked. Ready on time, no waiting. Still warm when i got home.
Pizza is like sex even bad sex is good sex so bad Pizza is still good pizza but it's not the most amazing or the various Pizza I would recommend leaving town if you want to get a good pizza
