The restroom was in a terrible condition; there was only one toilet available. One of the toilets had no water, while the other was in such a state that it had vomit in it. View all feedback.

I absolutely love El Rancherito in Effingham! I eat here frequently, and I've never had any issues with the food or the service. Highly recommend it!

Nice place, the food is very tasty and the atmosphere is beautiful. The Fajitas are amazing.
This place is true Mexico style restaurant. Lot of colors , mexican style of art and workforce is very humble. Food is equally good. We stopped while making a road trip from Indy to St.Louis perfectly located for a lunch or diner. I loved the dinning area. Price is good and food is very authentic. One of best on midwest area.
