What EPottawa likes about Chantal's Steak House:
This restaurant is done up old-school. It looks posh, you feel special, but it is down to earth great food and great people. We are half-French half-English so the waitress made us laugh dans les deux langues and kept bringing out more incredible food. The amuses-bouche were a delight and it just kept coming. I don't usually use google maps to find a restaurant but I'm so glad I did. View all feedback. What Lesley Hoffman doesn't like about Chantal's Steak House:
Nice atmosphere, tables close together, original art on the walls and friendly staff welcome you as you enter Chantal’s Steak House. BYOB with only $1 corkage!Good salad, fresh homemade crusty bread, and an amuse bouche were served before the main courses. We chose the ribs and the seafood crepes passing on the renowned steak. Unfortunately, the ribs were black and yes, the sugar had turned. The meat was a little dry... View all feedback.

read moreChantal's Steak House in Edmunston, New Brunswick offers a warm and inviting atmosphere with original art on the walls and tables close together, creating a cozy dining experience. The friendly staff welcomes guests with a BYOB policy and only a $1 corkage fee. While some dishes like the ribs were disappointing, with overcooked meat and burnt sugar, the overall dining experience was still positive. The French Onion soup, seafood crepes, and hamburger steak were standout dishes with excellent flavor. Many guests praised the attentive and friendly service, with one mentioning that the staff made them feel like part of the family. The steak dinners were particularly exceptional, with perfectly cooked meat and delicious sides and desserts. Besides the food, the owner Chantal herself greeted diners, adding a personal touch to the dining experience. While some guests noted that the portions were large and the plating could be improved, most agreed that Chantal's Steak House is a must-visit if you find yourself passing through the area and looking for a fantastic meal.
