What User doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
If you want addicts and homeless dining with your kids then this is the place for you! If you want paid staff to not give a flying f about you or your meal..this is the place for you. If you want management that cares even less..this is your place. If you want a decent coffee, some respect as a person and safety PICK SOMEWHERE ELSE. Why do these people have to be so rude!!! I got the drive thru door shut against me for asking for a replacement coffee cause it had milk in it and I ordered a black coffee! Learn some manners

Never been disrespected by a guy serving in the drive through. He raised his voice and closed the window because he said he was angry that I changed my order. I hope this is a one in a million occurrence but definitely never going back to this location.
Not one of their better locations. Often has slow service at the counter, seems to prioritize the drive thru instead.
Seems like they had all new staff on. Plus the sink beside the takeout counter was a quarter full of dirty water in the tap was leaking. Everyone who picked up their order could see this.
