Our waitress was fantastic super friendly, she nailed her ramen recommendation and otherwise left us to chat away! The gyoza and ramen were amazing and I will be back for sure. Couldn't believe it wasn't busier on a Friday..!!! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Nomiya:
Overall, our meal was decent; the food was enjoyable, but we didn’t feel it was worth the price. We ordered three dishes and the total came to $60. We had a sashimi platter that was $25, and we swapped one type of fish for salmon because my fiancé isn’t a fan of saba due to its strong taste. To our surprise, we were charged an additional $3 for that change. We also ordered yam rolls, which had no seafood and still co... View all feedback.
Open tables for reservations apparently not because they were not ready at all that we are there. also their drink special will be advertised at 20 ounces of design beer, but they gave us 16 ounces and calculated the same amount (then dont apply the 20 ounces! a bit overpriced for what they get, but at least that is decent

Nomiya was just okay. We went there because it was recommended in Avenue magazine for sushi, but I honestly think Mikado is much better. The menus at Nomiya were worn and I felt a bit uncomfortable, and the atmosphere wasn’t anything special. The rolls were good, but not amazing. I might go back, but I’m not too keen on it. Overall, I was quite disappointed with this experience.

Given our experience, we won’t be returning.
The ramen was good, although a bit pricey. It might be more addictive than other options, but I had all my food served before any drinks arrived, which was disappointing. The service felt akin to fast food. Next time, I'll skip the drinks and just order my meal to eat and leave. I noticed the diners at the nearby tables were doing just that; they must be regulars who know the routine.
