Second visit to this restaurant. Everyone in our party enjoyed and raved about their food choices. This is a great place to visit before and after a game or show. So close to arena! Have also been to denizen hall...also part of crash hotel but too noisy and busy for me. Plan to come before every oiler game! Hold a spot for 4! View all feedback.
What DianeW doesn't like about Crash Lobby Bar - Crash Hotel:
The food is decent. It's a small menu, unique flavours. It would be nice to some fresh choices. I booked a reservation, but they had no record of it, even though I had a confirmation. They also said if we stayed, we had to be done in 1 hour because they had a private function View all feedback.

Crush downtown esswoche was a fun way for us to get some new fine restaurants in edmonton. we were taken a little bit back when we appeared in the crush lobby lounge, waiting for our evening reservation, that is a pub! and it is st. patricks tag. we will not get good food and service here! we chose a drink and then waited for a table in the hardware grill. our waitress (chloe) was very nice and professional and in contrast to other participating restaurants they had made the effort to print a special menu for their customers of the downtown dining week. it looked really good and also the cocktail menu. we have decided to stay and we are glad that we have done it. the cocktails were good. one of us had the dark and stormy around and ingwer bier cocktail and the other had a perfect sidecar. one of us had the “Eat your Veggies” salat appetizer. it was delicious fresh, crispy, delicious. one of us had a brittle sprudel appetizer, that was a delicious hot dish, with speck and pop-poped granatapfel seeds. we had the hunch and the flank steak. the chicken was steamed with Jamaican spice, salsa verdi and koleslaw on the side, on perfectly prepared rice. the flank steak was surprisingly tender and very tasteful, with couscous, okra and meerroten paprika. we both filled it with a beautiful vanilla cream brûlée with a ginger snap cookie. great food, excellent service. we're coming back!
Really disappointing eating, drinks and service. the second time, really hoped drinks would be better, but they weren't. during service and eating down.
Food was really really good. Went for Edmonton Downtown Dining Week and for $30we got an incredible 3 course meal. Sat at the bar and the bartender/waitress was so attentive and quick. Really loved it and will definitely go again
Tried it out for the first time because of Downtown Dining Week
