Some diners found the tables too close together, and the service was just okay. However, if you are looking for a large, well-done steak without any standout sides, this place is worth a visit. Despite some inconsistencies in steak cooking, the restaurant has been a favorite for many loyal customers for over forty years. Customers praise the classic charm and great food at reasonable prices, with special mention of the aged and in-house cut NY Striploin. The service is friendly and efficient, making it a reliable choice for a delicious meal. Overall, while there have been some issues in the past, this restaurant remains a solid option for those looking for a traditional dining experience with a focus on quality steak dishes.
Great for the price. 17 for fish and chips, 53 for steak and lobster. General portions and good quality. Well cooked. The service was warm and timely. Would highly recommend. Apparently, it used to be an old Oilers hangout. Love the photos on the walls and rustic vibe. Thank you. We'll be back.
Great pizza and more. Full of characters and a people watching paradise. Service is excellent. Been here a long time and there's a good reason for that. It's like traveling back in time. Recommended if you like places like this. I do!
Could be the best service in Edmonton. The food is always good and prices are reasonable.
A nice twist on Chicago style. Not quite as thick but the toppings (all meat) are high quality . The cheese is nice although the sauce here was lacking quantity. Crust is delicious
One of my favorite steak house of my family, best steak house in town and excellent service. My husband always says: “When you visit Edmonton, you need to try Coliseum Steakhouse” I really hope they don't change their restaurant ambiance, there is an old, classic vintage Rome vibes.
