This chain and this store is under-rated. It is not as kid-friendly as a McDonald's but they do have a kid's menu. The roast beef sandwiches are terrific. Side dishes are great. Service is fast. Lots of parking. Very family friendly. Prices are low. View all feedback.
What Michael Gray doesn't like about Arby's:
Got a double classic and the ratios were all off. There was so much cheese sauce that my bun disintegrated.Service was quick, staff was friendly, and restaurant was clean. View all feedback.
Kudos to Arby's! Famous for their roast beef and baked potatoesThey have been here for years, even when I was little.
I went because of the maple bacon that is new. Unfortunately, it was the worst thing I have ever experienced. Ordered the BLT and it was awful!!! Three
It's funny they are the only fast food restaurant that get your order correct all the timeService is friendly and the outside always looks great.

I was in a real hurry and decided to skip through Arby's for my favourite double Montreal smoked meat sandwich..While waiting in line I noticed a lady standing at the drive-thru menu window with her child which I found very odd.. I waited an unbelievable...total of minutes with only two cars in front of me to get my order processed. When I asked the lady at the counter why people were standing in line instead of going through the restaurant she told me that the counter inside was now closed. I said you mean to say I can go to Walmart, Superstore, Costco etc and walk around hundreds of people with a mask on yet you won't allow anyone with a mask on to go into your piddly little restaurant? The manager then intervened and asked me what the problem was. When I reiterated to him my objection, he said it was new policy to keep them safe. I said if you go to Walmart and you order some underwear because you're out do you have to pick them up at the door now which kind of ticked him off. I live in a province where it gets to below in January, are people expected to stand in line at Arby's if they want to order food? This is beyond ludicrous and I will never go back again.. I hope Arby's goes under they deserve it for their draconian new policies.
