Epulo Bistro - Edmonds

Best Edmonds restaurant for the full experience going out. Fantastic food, classy service, and an amazing menu. Get a reservation because it's very popular.

Taking our dinner out to dinner tonight. Epulo was awesome. The rigatoni was amazing as usual. Love it.

This is a nice place with a cozy bar atmosphere. The food did take a little while to arrive, but they apologized for the delay. Since we were enjoying the evening with friends, it was no problem for us. The meat platter was good, but the entrées were just okay in my opinion. I wouldn't recommend the pork chop, but the steak or ribs might be better choices. I had read a lot of reviews about the shrimp and sausage, but I didn't see it on the menu anymore. Would I return? Probably not. On the plus side, they have a large parking lot, making it easy to find a spot, and there were quite a few people dressed nicely when we arrived.

We had a wonderful time celebrating New Year's Eve at this restaurant. The atmosphere is modern and elegant, and the service was warm and attentive. I ordered the chicken thighs, while my husband had the duck. The chicken was slightly dry, but the flavors were excellent. The cocktails were enjoyable as well. It can be a bit pricey depending on your choices, so we see it as more of a place for special occasions. It would be a fantastic spot for a birthday or anniversary celebration.

The ambiance is charming with ample outdoor seating. The cocktails are delightful, and the staff is friendly, although the service was slightly slower than expected.
