The waiter salad bar was particularly brilliant. We went home from Pittsburgh for a week of hospital dinner. We were in the mood for a good salad and this is really hot the place! This place is freezing. The a/c is so cold that our food was cold before we could eat it. I told the waitress and she said: Yes, it's cold?. My husband and I are freezing. We live in Hollidaysburg and drove to Ebensburg because we like this Hoss best, but I will stay next time in Hollidaysburg or Altoona! View all feedback.

Stopped in today to give this place a second chance. Very sorry I did. Within an hour after leaving there I got very sick and been throwing up ever since. Salad bar very poor quality and tried the Meatloaf Bowl....absolutely horrible. Took 2 bites and that was all I could swallow. I didn't know I could have attached a pic. I wish I had one of the disgusting entree. I feel bad for the servers. It's not their fault poor quality food is being prepared. Never again.

Not bad. Some days the food is outstanding, and other days it 's just, meh. Steaks salad bar are terrific! Unfortunately, I had their whitefish sandwich. Fish was enormous, but it was over-fried and tough. The fries were delicious and salad bar was very good! Place is clean, and service is stellar. Get that fish dish figured out, and you 'll have a 5-star restaurant! Service: Dine in
